**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Interaction**: Engage with prospective students and their families through calls and provide detailed information about the programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, follow-ups, and other lead generation activities.
- **Counseling**: Offer guidance to students regarding their educational aspirations and provide the best possible options based on their interests and academic goals.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software or other tools.
- **Conversion**: Convert leads into successful admissions by providing timely information and addressing concerns effectively.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with the admissions team and provide necessary updates on prospective student status and other requirements.
- **Follow-up Calls**: Conduct timely follow-ups with students to ensure they have all the information required to make informed decisions.
- **Customer Service**: Address inquiries and resolve issues related to admission processes and institutional programs.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in telecalling, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of **CRM software** or similar tools for tracking leads and interactions.
- **Goal-oriented** with a passion for student counseling and helping others.
- Proficiency in **English and [local language]** (both verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Graduate (any discipline).
- **Preferred Qualification**: Any relevant certifications in communication or telecalling.
