**Banking Transactions**: Handle all banking transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque deposits, and other document-related work such as account openings, closures, and transfers.
- **Cheque Management**: Process cheque deposits, withdrawals, and clearing activities promptly and accurately, following established banking procedures and guidelines.
- **Document Handling**: Manage various banking documents, including account statements, letters of credit, guarantees, and other financial instruments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Procurement**: Take responsibility for purchasing materials and supplies from the market as per organizational requirements, including identifying vendors, obtaining price quotes, negotiating terms, and placing orders.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials, resolving issues, and negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet operational needs while minimizing excess inventory and related costs.
- **Cost Optimization**: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement activities, implementing measures to optimize purchasing processes and reduce expenses.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations, procurement policies, and internal controls, maintaining accurate documentation and records for audit purposes.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on banking transactions, procurement activities, inventory levels, and related metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
