**General Shift 8.5 hrs for Female & 9 hrs for Male**

Prepare materials like agendas and presentations for executive engagements.Conduct research to aid strategic decisions. Strategic Planning

Assist in formulating and implementing

**strategic plans.**

Collaborate with departments for data collection and strategic analysis.

Monitor and update progress on strategic objectives.

Help prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.

**Project Managemen**tOversee executive-led projects, ensuring alignment with priorities.Track and report on project milestones, budgets, and risks.Proactively address potential challenges to maintain progress.

**Communication and Liaison**Act as the link between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Draft and refine reports, correspondence, and presentations.Foster clear and consistent communication across departments. Confidentiality and DiscretionHandle all sensitive information with strict confidentiality.Exercise sound judgment and tact in all interactions.Ensure the secure handling of proprietary and executive-related information

**Education & Experience**:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.Minimum of 10 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).Experience in strategic planning, project management, or business analysis is advantageous.

**Preferred Skills**:Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining independence.Commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
