**What you will do**:
**1. Market Research & Strategy**
- Research customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend growth initiatives.

**2. Branding & Content Creation**
- Manage and strengthen the company’s brand identity, positioning, and storytelling.
- Create impactful marketing content for digital, print, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

**3. Digital Marketing & Engagement**
- Drive website traffic, generate leads, and build conversion funnels.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

**4. Sales Support & Customer Engagement**
- Support sales teams with marketing materials, case studies, and presentations.
- Engage with customers through feedback, loyalty programs, and retention campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience.

**5. Marketing Operations**
- Draft blogs, newsletters, internal communications, and outreach materials.
- Create graphics and visuals using basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
- Develop decks, brochures, and customer/partner-facing documents.

**Who We Are Looking For**

**You are a great fit if you**:

- Have prior hands-on experience in managing full-spectrum marketing.
- Possess complete knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and communication.
- Are confident in creating content (blogs, newsletters, decks, brochures, collateral).
- Have basic design skills using tools like Canva/Adobe to make visuals and creatives.
- Understand how to engage customers and support sales through marketing.
- Can work independently, take ownership, and deliver results without constant guidance.
