**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver **engaging and concept-based Biology lessons** in alignment with the curriculum (CBSE).
- Develop and implement **lesson plans, practical experiments, and innovative teaching methodologies** to enhance student understanding.
- Prepare students for **board examinations, NEET, and other competitive exams** by providing structured guidance and practice.
- Conduct **assessments, quizzes, and tests**, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Encourage **critical thinking, research-based learning, and participation in science projects** and competitions.
- Maintain a **positive and disciplined classroom environment** conducive to learning.
- Utilize **technology, interactive tools, and digital resources** to enhance learning experiences.
- Organize and supervise **lab experiments and practical sessions** to develop students' practical skills.
- Monitor **student progress and communicate** effectively with parents regarding their child’s performance.
- Participate in **staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs** to stay updated with the latest teaching strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- **Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Biology/Zoology/Botany/Life Sciences or a related field.**:

- **B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory** (preferred for CBSE/ICSE schools).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-5 years** of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- **Strong knowledge** of NCERT syllabus, CBSE/ICSE board exam patterns, and NEET syllabus.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- **Classroom management skills** with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- **Proficiency in technology**, including smart boards, digital teaching tools, and online learning platforms.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **guiding students for NEET and other competitive exams.**:

- Ability to integrate **modern teaching techniques, AI tools, and experiential learning methods.**:

- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** to help students with doubts and conceptual clarity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
