**BIM MODELLERS - MEPF**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 0-1 Year of experience in BIM (MEPF).
- Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, as well as 2D CAD and 3D modelling, Shop Drawing preparation/Detailing of Drawings, etc.
- Must have Experience in handling GCC projects.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Creating 3D models of building and developing construction drawings and other design documentation using Autodesk Revit.
- Family creation, clash detection, and service coordination.
- Coordinating with other members of the BIM team to ensure that all components of the model are up to date.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all BIM modelling-related questions and requests.
- Work with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that the BIM model meets the needs of the projects.
- Revise the BIM model as needed based on feedback from the design team and construction team.
- Generate reports and documentation as needed to support the project team.
- Perform quality control checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy.

The BIM modeller should possess:

- Good knowledge of the fundamentals in their MEPF core discipline
- Possess excellent working experience in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Should be able to work independently taking full responsibility of the project, liaise with Engineers and BIM manager
- Should appreciate site construction issues and provide practical buildability solutions.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
BE/Btech/Diploma
