- Job Role:
Assist the departments in sourcing and selecting vendors to ensure the best quality products and services are procured at the most competitive prices.-
- Support in the negotiation of pricing and contracts with vendors.-
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure purchasing requests are aligned with business needs and objectives.-
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.-
- Monitor and track vendor performance to ensure compliance with established standards and expectations.-
- Participate in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.-
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and product innovations that may impact procurement operations.- Requirements:- Prior experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred but not required.-
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.-
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.-
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with procurement software is a plus.
