**Front Desk Receptionist for 3 months (on Maternity Leave Vacancy)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a welcoming attitude.
- Handle inquiries professionally and redirect them as necessary.
- **Telephone Management**:

- Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Take messages and ensure timely follow-up.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
- Maintain and update contact directories.
- **Record Management**:

- Maintain accurate visitor logs and sign-in sheets.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and document preparation as needed.
- **Workplace Organization**:

- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
- Ensure that brochures, materials, and office supplies are well-stocked.
- **Coordination**:

- Support internal teams with administrative tasks or coordination requests.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to address queries.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**:

- Any graduate.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Attributes**:

- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and handle confidential information.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
