_**BACKGROUND OF THE ROLE **_

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Manage the registration, verification, and maintenance of the organization's profile on the GeM portal.
Monitor product listings, pricing, and specifications to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
Facilitate procurement activities on the GeM portal, including order processing, tracking deliveries, and resolving discrepancies.
Ensure strict adherence to government procurement regulations, guidelines, and policies throughout all GeM transactions.
Maintain thorough records of all transactions, contracts, and documentation, ensuring compliance and transparency at all times.
Stay informed about updates to GeM policies, procedures, and guidelines, implementing changes as necessary within the organization.
Participate in relevant bidding processes on the GeM portal, ensuring timely submission of quotations. Identify reasons for bid rejection, if any, and work towards eliminating them in the future bidding processes.
Collaborate closely with the sales, procurement, and project management teams to gather requirements and specifications for contract bids.
Ensure that all quotations and contract proposals comply with government procurement regulations, policies, and standards.
Provide regular updates to senior management and project teams regarding quotation status, procurement milestones, and potential risks or issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the quotation management process.
Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline quotation workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve overall process.
**TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS**
Vendor Management Customer Relationship Management
Gems portal management Strategic planning & analytical thinking Knowledge in Energy Sector Proficiency in CRM software like ZOHO, MS Office Suite, and other productivity tools.

**Salary**: ₹313,452.16 - ₹500,000.00 per year
