**Purpose Of The Role: Tender Coordinator (“GEM” PORTAL EXPERIENCE IS COMPULSORY)**

As a Sales / Tender Coordinator, you will be responsible for the public sector, Govt. Project tenders, from reviewing the initial request to tracking and managing the tender process to submitting the final bids to purchasers. Knowledge of online bidding portals and reverse auction portals will be preferred.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Graduate with 1-2 Years of experience
- Familiar with **Tender through Gem Portal, e-tendering, tender preparation, Bid Evaluation, Bidding**:

- Well written, and oral communication (English)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Positive Attitude, energetic and dependable
- Any Graduate in Any Specialization

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS**
- Checking tenders online, Search Tenders from Tender searching Sites & State Govt. sites
- Preparation of bid documentation as per the requirement of RFP (Request for Proposal)
- Coordinating with the accounts department for preparation of EMD, Bank guarantee.
- Coordinating with all departments for pre-bid queries and other data.
- Data Preparation & Management as per the requirement
- Need to travel locally for documentation purposes.
- Coordinating & Assisting Managers related to Tender.
- Knowledge of Online Tenders, e-bidding (Gem Portal)
- Preparation of Daily Tracker

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
