**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervision and Leadership**:
- Oversee the daily activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to the nursing team.
- Address concerns, conflicts, or issues among staff promptly and professionally.
- **Patient Care**:
- Monitor and ensure that patient care standards are met consistently.
- Collaborate with medical staff to plan and evaluate patient treatment plans.
- Assist in critical situations, offering expertise and direct care as needed.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and duty allocation.
- Oversee inventory and ensure the availability of medical supplies and equipment.
- Prepare reports on nursing operations, patient care, and incidents for management.
- **Training and Development**:
- Organize and conduct training sessions to update staff on new protocols and best practices.
- Evaluate and identify areas for professional development for team members.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and legal requirements.
- Implement and monitor infection control and workplace safety measures.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff and hospital administration.
