Whistling Woods International (WWI) is India’s premier Film, Communication & Creative Arts Institute. Since its inception in 2006, WWI has successfully delivered world-class education in all creative and technical aspects of filmmaking. Located inside Mumbai’s Filmcity Complex, students receive hands-on instruction in the discipline they want to pursue.
We are looking for a fantastic team member to join as **Content Operations - Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Content Management and Monetisation - which comprises of acquisition, deployment and distribution management for all WWI-owned content, including students’ films and WWI virtual academy content.
- Interaction with technical, content and support teams to manage on time delivery of client expectations.
- Processing videos as per client-required specifications.
- Reviewing, drafting, and finalizing agreements for in house records and for other partners.
- Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout designs.
- Create design, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and design concepts.
- Determine size and arrangements of illustrative material and copy and select style and size of type.
- Maintain archive of all content including videos along with all their metadata, images, photos, or previous work products.
- Any other work as given by the management from time to time.
**Skill sets required**:
- Management & Archival of video content for distribution to YouTube & digital platforms
- Managing YouTube channels and recommending audience development enhancement methodologies
CTC : 35000 to 40,000 per month
