**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive at Dikshant IAS. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential students and promoting our coaching programs. You will conduct sales presentations, handle inquiries, and provide information about our courses and services. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible to handle students enquires and questions regarding any program or course.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of civil services exams and coaching industry
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to talk fluently on inbound and outbound calls
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Pay: ₹9,854.03 - ₹45,814.94 per month
