**Position: Telesales Executive**
**Location: Dwarka Mor**
**Department: Sales**
**Reports to: Sales Team Leader**
**Job Summary**:
**As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound**
**calls, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will play a key role in**
**driving the growth of the business by promoting products and services to potential and**
**existing customers.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Outbound Calling**:
**o Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or**
**databases.**
**o Introduce and promote the company’s products or services in a compelling manner.**
**o Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.**
**2. Sales Targets**:
**o Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.**
**o Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.**
**3. Customer Relationship Management**:
**o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.**
**o Provide timely and accurate information about products, promotions, and services.**
**o Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat**
**business.**
**4. Record Keeping**:
**o Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions using the CRM**
**system.**
**o Update customer information and sales progress regularly.**
**5. Product Knowledge**:
**o Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.**
**o Provide detailed and accurate information to customers to help them make**
**informed purchasing decisions.**
**6. Team Collaboration**:
**o Work closely with the sales team to discuss strategies and share insights.**
**o Report on daily sales activities, challenges, and progress to the sales manager.**
**7. Problem Resolution**:
**o Address customer queries, complaints, and objections with a focus on resolution.**
**o Suggest appropriate solutions to any customer issues or challenges encountered**
**during calls.**
**Qualifications**:
**Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or**
**a related field is a plus.**
**Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.**
**Skills**:
**o Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).**
**o Ability to persuade and influence customers.**
**o Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.**
**o Good problem-solving abilities.**
**o Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems.**
**Working Conditions**:
**Full-time position.**
**May involve working in shifts depending on company needs.**
**Remote or in-office position, depending on company policy.**
