Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development and Execution**:Creating and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with the D2C brand's objectives and target audience. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing campaign roadmaps.
- **Campaign Management and Optimization**:Overseeing the execution of paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising. This involves managing budgets, pacing, and bid strategies, as well as optimizing campaigns based on performance data (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. This includes using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other relevant platforms to track key metrics and generate reports for stakeholders.
- **Budget Management**:Allocating and managing marketing budgets across different channels and campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spending.
- **A/B Testing and Experimentation**:Implementing A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance, optimize user experience, and drive conversions. This includes testing different ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Working closely with creative teams, content creators, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. This also includes collaborating with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- **Staying Updated on Industry Trends**:Keeping abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in D2C marketing and e-commerce. This includes attending industry events, reading relevant publications, and sharing knowledge with the team.
- **Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as advertising platforms, agencies, and influencers, to leverage resources and drive growth initiatives.
- **Team Leadership and Mentorship**:Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the performance marketing team.

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management.
- Expertise in using analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance.
- Knowledge of D2C marketing principles and e-commerce best practices.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
