- Strong Architectural skills contributing to the development and refinement of Customer's vision and strategy, understanding the product portfolio, being able to discuss current and new solutions with customers
- E2E OSS suite integration knowledge especially around Architecture Framework like TOAGF, TMF and ITIL
- Excellent understanding of Telecom Networks (LTE, 5G, Wireline), OSS Platforms/ Tools, Cloud & DevOps
- Strong experience on Telco Cloud NFV/SDN and experience of integrating of Assurance, Fulfilment, Orchestration and Management though Open Digital Architecture
- Competency in Technologies & Concepts as Microservices, API Management, Service Bus, Decision Rules & Process engines, Event-based Architecture, Data Management & Migration, Data Synchronization & Caching, Big Data, AI, RPA, Security & Privacy
- Knowledge in shaping the OSS architecture in industry leading Telco & Media companies especially in complex OSS transformation programs
- Understanding virtualization technologies, i.e. 5G, EDGE Computing, SDN/NFV, O-RAN, Openstack, hypervisors and DC environments
- Knowledge of telecom products in B2C/B2B domains in mobile, cable & satellite service provider

- Presales/ Sales support background
- Ability to work with partners
- Experience in developing offerings and assets

**Secondary Skills**:

- Experience working with teams from multiple geographies
- Excellent Communication Skills
