**Job Title**: Telecom Tester (OSS/BSS)
**Location**: Bangalore
**Salary**: Up to ₹12 LPA
**Experience**: 5-7 years (Minimum 2-3 years relevant Telecom Testing experience)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct manual testing for telecom products and services.
- Create and execute detailed test cases, plans, and scripts based on project requirements.
- Utilize **automated test scripts** to perform **functional** and **regression testing**.
- Identify and report defects using tools like **JIRA** and ensure clear documentation.
- Collaborate with development, design, and environment support teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in defect troubleshooting calls and assign defects to the relevant teams.
- Publish regular testing status reports and assist in test data creation.
- Stay updated with the latest **telecom testing trends** and best practices.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of manual testing experience in the **telecom industry**.
- Strong understanding of telecom systems (**BSS/OSS**) including **CRM, Billing, Order Management, and Provisioning**.
- Proficient in **SQL** and basic **UNIX** commands.
- Experience with **JIRA** and other defect tracking/test management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **test automation tools** and frameworks.
- Knowledge of **telecom Inventory Management Systems**.
- Familiarity with **agile methodologies**.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
