We are a fast-growing **international fashion e-commerce brand** specializing in **women’s clothing and dresses**. Our brand caters to the **US, UK, and European markets**, offering premium-quality designs with a focus on contemporary style and digital excellence. We are looking for an experienced **E-commerce Executive** who has **directly worked with a fashion clothing company** and understands the nuances of online fashion retail.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Listing & Store Management**
- List, update, and maintain products on **Shopify** and other online marketplaces.
- Write and optimize **product titles, descriptions, and tags** for better visibility and conversion.
- Upload and manage **product images, pricing, inventory, and categories.**:

- Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for new product launches.

**E-commerce Operations**
- Manage daily operations of the online store including **orders, returns, and product updates.**:

- Monitor website performance, user experience, and product page accuracy.
- Track sales reports, conversion data, and suggest improvements for growth.
- Ensure seamless coordination between operations, logistics, and customer service teams.

**Digital Marketing Support**
- Collaborate with marketing to plan promotional activities, discount campaigns, and new collection launches.
- Analyze ad and sales performance to recommend improvement strategies.

**Fashion Market Knowledge**
- Stay updated with **fashion trends, seasonal launches, and competitor analysis.**:

- Suggest new product ideas or styling directions based on global trends and customer preferences.

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience** working with a **fashion e-commerce brand (women’s clothing preferred).**:

- Hands-on experience with **Shopify** (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of **product listing, pricing, and inventory management.**:

- Proficiency in **Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce dashboards.**:

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Must be able to work **full-time from the Mohali office** — no remote or freelance options.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with international marketplaces.
- Familiarity with **SEO for product pages** and **data-driven merchandising.**:

- Understanding of **fashion styling, color coordination, and visual merchandising.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
