**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch trucks for pickups and deliveries, optimizing routes for efficiency.
- Communicate with drivers to provide directions, updates, and any changes to their routes.
- Monitor truck locations and status, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to schedules.
- Resolve any issues that arise during transport, including delays or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs and communication.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using logistics software and GPS tracking systems.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Skills**:
