**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility and guide the potential Students over the call to choose the right course and help them in making better career decisions.
- Resolve queries regarding the Company & courses
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-ups on leads assigned.
- Convince students to enroll in Skill Crafters courses as per requirements.
- Responsible for explaining the course features in detail.
- Providing the right customer experience

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Any domestic outbound or telesales experience preferred,
- Understand and Speak Hindi Language (mandatory)
- Minimum age requirement is 18+.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

**Other Requirements**:

- A Smartphone
- Good Internet speed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.42 - ₹34,816.43 per month

Expected hours: 2 - 50 per week
