- Can be placed in any 1 unit in Kolkata
- Responsible for full business P&L of unit
- Should be a doctor
- Gross between 2.25-2.5 pm + travelling + mobile + laptop + variable incentive approx. 36-40 lacs package. This is negotiable
- Preferred Medical superintendent post holder already / COO experienced
- Head hunt from TIS or other standard institute as education background
- We would not prefer from AMRI / Medica Kolkata background.
- Can be from outside Kolkata as well

Regular information and follow up with Doctors
Proper staff scheduling with required backup
Doctors, Staff, Vendors relationship management
Medical counselling by Consultants
Billing estimate to Bill variance
MPP defining and implementation
Monitoring / Redefining KRAs and JDs for all staff
Formation and implementation of SOPs Department wise
Timely Preventive checks and Maintenance
Efficient inventory management
Initiatives for ensuring footfall and availability of clinicians
OP tracking, cross selling
Proper patient counselling by FT / VC and admission desk
Efficient patient party counselling and Doctor availability
Pursuing Surgeons for surgical admissions and conversion
Following up with Panel Doctors for direct admissions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹225,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
