ERP Executive

We are looking for an ERP Executivewith expertise in ERP softwares knowing tally or ERPNext or such platforms to oversee the smooth implementation, system updates, and ongoing support for our ERP system. This role is crucial in ensuring the system is always up to date, providing essential data entry, and offering operational support to make sure the ERP functions efficiently across accounting and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **System Updates & Maintenance**: Ensure ERPNext is regularly updated with the latest features, patches, and security updates to keep the system running smoothly.
- **Data Entry & Accuracy**: Perform data entry tasks related to operations, sales, procurement, inventory, and accounting. Ensure all data entered into the system is accurate and up to date.
- **ERP Implementation & Support**: Assist in the implementation of ERPNext modules, ensuring smooth deployment and mínimal disruption to business operations.
- **User Support & Troubleshooting**: Provide day-to-day support to end-users, addressing system issues or queries. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- **Process Integration**: Ensure proper integration of accounting and operational processes into the ERP system. Work with various teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth cross-departmental data flow.
- **System Customization**: Collaborate with the technical team to customize ERPNext functionalities, ensuring the system meets specific business needs.
- **Training & Documentation**: Provide training to users on best practices for entering data, using the system, and ensuring efficiency. Create user manuals or documentation as needed.
- **Reports & Analytics**: Generate necessary reports (financial, operational, inventory, etc.) as requested by management to assist in decision-making.
- **Data Validation & Quality Control**: Ensure the integrity of the data entered into ERPNext by performing periodic data audits and validation checks.
- **Operational Support**: Assist in configuring operational processes such as inventory management, procurement, sales, and manufacturing in ERPNext to optimize workflow.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with ERPNext, with a focus on accounting and operational modules.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of ERPNext modules, including configuration, data entry, and user support.
- **Accounting Knowledge**: Familiarity with ERP accounting modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) and financial data entry processes.
- **Operations Knowledge**: Understanding of operational modules (sales, procurement, inventory, manufacturing) and their integration into the ERP system.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and system updates.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERPNext operations, ensuring smooth system performance.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with users, provide support, and collaborate with teams.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Desired Skills:

- **ERPNext Customization**: Familiarity with basic customization of ERPNext features, especially related to accounting and operations modules.
- **Business Process Understanding**: Basic understanding of how business processes in accounting, sales, procurement, and inventory operate and are integrated in an ERP system.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
