As a Medical Representative (MR), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Your primary objective is to generate prescriptions and build strong relationships with medical professionals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell company products to healthcare professionals and achieve sales targets.
- Doctor & Pharmacist Visits: Regularly visit doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product details, benefits, and usage to effectively communicate with healthcare providers.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Gather market insights and report competitor activities to the management.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
- Order Management: Ensure the availability and visibility of products at pharmacies and distributors.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of sales activities, appointments, and follow-ups in a structured manner.
- Training & Development: Attend product training, medical conferences, and workshops to stay updated with industry trends.
Mandatory Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and influence healthcare professionals effectively.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Target-Driven Attitude: Should be self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
Good to Have Skills:

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing.
- Understanding of medical terminologies and pharmaceutical industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Problem-solving skills to handle objections and competition in the market.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
