About the Role:
The Community Mobilizer cum Facilitator would play an important role in building agency i.e. the ability to make informed life decisions. They would be responsible for building meaningful relationships to influence their emotional, social and mental

wellbeing.S/he will be responsible for implementation of the Lighthouse Kiran (program ineither colleges or at specific Lighthouse Connect centers in the city.

**S/he will be responsible for forming partnerships with budget private schools, colleges and NGOs to conduct Lighthouse Kiran batches with the students.**

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the Lighthouse Kiran program for the new students.
- Make sure that each student completes the Lighthouse Kiran program as designed and that their attendance is complete.
- Ensure that all the students enrolled in Lighthouse Kiran program use the Social and Emotional Learning Chatbot to build their social and emotional skills.
- Conduct baseline and endline internal assessment with every student to understand the shift in the competencies.
- Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
- To mobilize adolescents from the slum communities and build healthy relationships with these communities.
- Outreach in the community and at budget private schools and junior colleges.
- Ensure maximum enrolment of the adolescents adhering to the enrolment criteria as per the program objective.
- Coordination with various stakeholders, including Government officials and others within the Lighthouse ecosystem to enable timely visits to the Center.
- To imbibe, maintain and contribute to the Lighthouse culture and uphold the safe place image of the Center.
- Maintaining the student data of the batches.
- Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.

**Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background**:

- MSW or Post Graduation in any field, with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the mobilization in

the communities.
- Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students.
- Strong and empathetic behavior
- To be able to focus on the self-transformation of the students through facilitation
- Computer proficiency
- MS Office and GIS Mapping (good to have)
- Deep empathy and a strong commitment towards youth’s development and growth
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence and wisdom.
- Open to travel.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
