**Responsibilities**:
1.Cold calling: Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers and introducing the company's products or services.

2.Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and data provided by the company.

3.Product/service promotion: Presenting the features and benefits of the offerings, addressing any queries, and convincing prospects to consider making a purchase.

4.Achieving sales targets: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals set by the organization.

5.Follow-up: Regularly following up with leads and maintaining a database to nurture relationships with potential customers.

6.Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

7.Handling objections: Addressing customer concerns and objections professionally to resolve any doubts and increase the likelihood of a successful sale.

8.Recording and documenting: Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

9.Staying informed: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competition to provide accurate information to potential customers.

10.Reporting: Providing regular reports on call activities, sales performance, and progress towards targets to the sales manager.
