TechBeat Services is seeking a confident and persuasive communicator and enjoy interacting with people and building relationships over the phone We are looking for a **Female Telecaller** to join our team. If you have good communication skills and a proactive attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

As a **Telecaller**, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Explain products/services and generate leads
- Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software
- Experience in telecalling/customer service preferred **(Freshers can apply)**:

- Positive attitude and ability to handle customer queries

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer operations.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively.
- Prior experience in BPO, call centers, or lead generation roles is an advantage.
