- Experience with data query languages **Kusto**
- Experience in driving service performance, availability, and supportability improvements
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision-making skills
- Sound written and oral communication skills, as we might need to post communications.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
