The Role

Role & responsibilities

Primary Skills:
Extensive experience in supporting Azure Managed service operations

Maintaining the Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Authentication

Good Understanding of Azure services(Azure App service, Azure storage accounts, etc)

Understanding of Load Balancers, DNS, Virtual Networks, NSG and firewalls in Cloud Environment

Azure Backups and ASR

Azure Monitoring and configuration monitoring(Performance metrics, OMS)

Good Understanding of High Availability and Auto Scaling

Strong experience in configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems.

Key Skills

Strong Hands on experience running Public Cloud infrastructure on Azure Cloud.

MS Azure (mandatory)

Strong Knowledge in ITSM tools, Confluence, JIRA, SNOW

Excellent Communication Skills

Good Knowledge Azure AD and IAM

Good Knowledge and Working experience in azure Compute resources

Good Knowledge on Azure Storage

Knowledge on Backup and DR

Azure Monitoring/Advisor and Security

Azure PaaS Services

IAC Mandatory to have knowledge on IAC components

Terraform and Azure DevOps basics

Azure DevOps Pipeline management and execution

Major Incident Management

Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management

Vendor Management, Engagement for major incidents, RCA etc.

Introduce Best Practises, Cost Optimization & Improve Business Value for customer

Documentation and SOP management

Conduct Knowledge sharing and internal training sessions
