**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion & Counseling**:

- Understand students' needs, interests, and career goals to provide accurate course recommendations.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling techniques.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell courses where applicable to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Participate in promotional activities, webinars, seminars, and educational fairs.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on admissions performance, lead conversion rates, and market feedback.
- Analyze trends to optimize counseling strategies and improve enrollment outcomes.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and goal-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand and articulate course features and benefits effectively.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of experience in admissions counseling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the EdTech, education, or training sectors).
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
