**Outbound Caller Job Description**

**Position Title**: Inbound Caller for customer Query

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time

**Location**: [Dehradun at Trueway Taxis Pvt Ltd]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present and promote company products or services effectively to potential customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls for lead nurturing, surveys, feedback, or customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals.
- Work closely with sales or marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and services offered by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, with experience in using CRM systems (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time hours or part-time availability, depending on business needs.
- Office-based or remote work (depending on the company's policy).
- Flexible hours may be required during certain times of the year.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly wage or salary, with potential for bonuses or commission based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Language**:
