We're looking for a Financial Controller who'll report to the Head of Finance.

What you’ll be doing
- Preparing consolidated GL accounts for India holding and its subsidiaries in ERP Oracle NetSuite in accordance with IFRS
- Coordinating the accounting and month end closing process within the India holding entity and its subsidiaries and branches
- Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
- Preparing analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts
- Managing the accounting policy, ensuring that it is up to date and latest changes in IFRS and Group policies are implemented
- Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process via automation and control
- Participating in annual and interim audits
- Delivering advice on accounting and reporting issues
- Contributing to and defining consolidation as well as financial control processes and procedures

What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in financial reporting requirements, either within practice (experience providing IFRS accounting advisory services) or within a financial reporting role in the industry
- To be a Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent)
- A hands-on and positive attitude, willing to give everything a go, from drafting accounting technical papers to cross-company global projects
- Excellent organisation skills to plan and organise work efficiently
- A structured approach to problem-solving
- Impressive analytical skills
- Effective project management with focus on delivery and stakeholder management
