The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring accurate accounting practices. The role entails budgeting, forecasting, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications - Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements - 6+ years and qualified CA - Strong Analytical Skills - Expertise in Finance and Financial Reporting - Experience in Accounting practices - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities - Strong communication and leadership skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus - Experience in the retail or jewelry industry is advantageous
