The Role of DCDP in Continental Cuisine requires you to be well versed with continental cuisine. You should be able to handle all kitchen equipments and ingredients safely and hygienically. You will be reporting directly to the CDP.

The job requirement is for a pre launch café located in Pretoria Street (near Camac Street)

**Responsibilities**

Your job responsibilities will include the following:

- To follow recipes to the gram in order to maintain standard food quality.
- To maintain the kitchen equipments.
- To maintain kitchen and food hygiene at all times strictly as it is an open kitchen.
- To be cordial with your colleagues
- To be punctual for your duty and take up responsibilities
- To help and guide your Commi 1.
- Must be able to develop new recipes along with the CDP

**Qualifications**

The needed qualifications are as follows:

- Must have at least 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Must have worked in the Conti Department
- Must be comfortable in working with all ingredients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
