**Responsibillities**:
**1. Student Recruitment & Outreach**
- Attend and represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, seminars, and other promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants.
- Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into enrollments.

**2. Counseling & Guidance**
- Provide accurate and detailed information about programs, courses, admission requirements, fees, and scholarships.
- Assist students in understanding academic options and choosing suitable programs based on their interests and goals.
- Guide students through entrance exams, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.

**3. Admission Process Management**
- Assist applicants in completing admission forms and collecting necessary documents.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, entrance tests, or campus tours as required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between students and academic departments.

**4. Data Handling & Reporting**
- Track student progress through the entire admission cycle.

**5. Communication & Follow-up**
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to keep them engaged throughout the admission process.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide post-admission support, including orientation and onboarding.

**6. Marketing & Promotion**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Share feedback from prospective students to help improve marketing strategies and program offerings.

**7. Compliance & Institutional Policies**
- Ensure all admissions are conducted in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling student records.
- Stay updated on academic program changes, admission deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
