1. **_Full understanding of partnership, corporation and LLC income tax returns. This would include understanding basis issues and 754 step up and elections. These returns are very similar and are consistent from industry to industry. _**
2. **_Full understanding of S corp returns which have other nuances from partnerships and LLC’s. Must understand basis issues as well. _**
3. **_Know US depreciation rules, organizational costs, and sales/purchase price allocations. _**
4. **_Familiarity with CCH software._**

This includes incorporating lessons learned from tax claims: matters, inspection results, and client feedback with respect to serving issues. _**:
- **_Ensure a process exists to oversee the tax planning and mitigate risk associated with transactional services and due diligence projects where tax issues are significant to the transaction. _**
- **_Create an environment of trust, teamwork, empowerment, and entrepreneurship through quality communication, relationships, coaching, and mentoring strategies. _**:
- **_Ensure office tax employees are appropriately trained, challenged, recognized, and counselled and mentored. _**:
- **_Ensures that tax professionals with the requisite knowledge and skills are assigned to the office's appropriate clients. _**:
- **_Identify skilled professionals to instruct in various L&D programs, emphasizing that participation is essential to meeting our strategic goals. _**:
- **_Assist the Leadership with CPE for tax professionals in _**:

- **_Bachelor's degree in Accounting/CPA license required _**:
