**Role Overview**:
The Back Office Executive will play a key role in supporting our operational efficiency by managing data entry, reporting, and backend processes. This role requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate flow of information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, compile, and validate data from internal and external sources for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Generate detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Identify data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in backend process management, including document handling and workflow optimization.
- Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company security policies.
- Provide administrative support for backend operations and project coordination when required.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with database management tools or CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Accuracy of data and reports
- Timely generation of reports and information sharing
- Process improvement and data management efficiency

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
