**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests. Provide accurate, timely solutions to customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers about the company’s products or services, explaining features, benefits, and troubleshooting steps in a clear and concise manner.
- Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution details in the system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Actively promote and recommend additional products or services to customers based on their needs, aiming to meet sales targets or enhance customer experience.
- Identify complex or unresolved issues and escalate them to the appropriate department or senior management for further resolution, ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹192,000.00 per year
