**Job Title**: Delivery Agent
**Location**: Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir

**Overview**:
Gatoes is seeking reliable and customer-focused Delivery Agents to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of food and grocery orders. As a Delivery Agent, you will be the face of our service, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver food and grocery orders safely and on time.
- Plan and manage delivery routes efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate order handling.
- Process payments (cash or digital) when applicable.
- Report delivery issues or delays to the supervisor.
- Maintain vehicle or bike cleanliness and upkeep.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driving or appropriate motorcycle license.
- Familiarity with Srinagar and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to use smartphones and navigation apps.
