**KRAs**for the person who are responsible for entering descriptions of new materials and uploading their photos into the software.

1. **Accuracy of Data Entry**: Ensure that the descriptions of new materials are entered accurately with complete details including specifications, part numbers and any other relevant information.

2. **Timeliness of Updates**: Enter new material data and upload photos into the software within a defined timeframe from when the materials are received.

3. **Photo Quality and Compliance**: Ensure that photos of the new materials meet the required quality standards and are correctly aligned with the associated descriptions in the software.

4. **System Maintenance**: Regularly check and update any incomplete or incorrect entries in the software.

5. **Coordination with QC and Inventory Teams**: Work closely with quality control and inventory teams to ensure that all new materials are properly documented and entered into the system.

6. **Reporting and Documentation**: Generate regular reports on the status of new materials entered and uploaded in the software and address any discrepancies with relevant teams.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
