Customer Support Executive

**The Role**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'd deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound call regarding billing inquiries, complaints, and through outbound call on latest updates in company’s product or services. Previous experience in a customer support role/Client support role is highly desirable.
**Responsibilities**
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics, communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers.
- Rapport Building with customer.
**Requirements and skills**
- Batchelors Degree In any field
- Primary languages**:English, Malayalam (mandatory) - Hindi &Tamil (Preferable).**:
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively along with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Experience**:0 - 2 Years, with relevant experience in a voice-based processes in BPO’s or Call Centre ‘s as a customer support representative.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
