**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Interaction**:Call and interact with patients to understand their pain issues and provide detailed explanations of how Knee Xpert can offer solutions for their knee and hip pain.
- **Disease Education**:Explain diseases, symptoms, causes, and available treatments to patients in an understandable manner.
- **Report Analysis**:Read and examine X-ray and MRI reports to provide accurate assessments.
- **Physiotherapy Sessions**:Provide online and personal physiotherapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
- **Team Coordination**:Work closely with various teams and departments to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- **Communication**:Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Marathi, Gujarati, and Telugu is an added advantage.
- **Experience**: 2 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- **Skills**:Strong interpersonal skills, ability to explain complex medical information in a simple manner, and a patient-centric approach.
- **Additional Qualities**:Ability to work efficiently within a team, good organizational skills, and a proactive attitude towards patient care.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Sports injury management: 1 year (preferred)
