As a Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive, your responsibilities typically include:
1. Social Media Management: Managing and overseeing the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

2. Content Creation: Developing engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos, that align with the company's brand and objectives.

3. Social Media Strategy: Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

4. Audience Engagement: Interacting with the audience on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.

5. Community Building: Building and nurturing online communities and networks to increase brand loyalty and advocacy.

6. Social Media Advertising: Planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring social media performance metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports to track the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.

8. Stay Updated: Staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and optimization to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

9. Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, content, and design, to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels.

10. Brand Reputation Management: Monitoring online conversations and sentiment about the brand, addressing any negative feedback or complaints, and maintaining a positive brand image.

11. Influencer Outreach: Identifying and partnering with influencers and industry leaders to amplify brand messages and reach new audiences.

12. Experimentation and Innovation: Testing new ideas, tools, and techniques to optimize social media performance and drive results.

**Salary**: ₹10,114.92 - ₹35,013.15 per month
