**Job Title: Regional Language Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)**

**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana

**Languages Required**: Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi

**Shift**: Rotational Shifts (24/7 availability) for male/Day shift for females

**Salary**:16500/- to 22000/- per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound calls, responding to customer queries, concerns, and requests in the specified regional language.
- **Query Resolution**: Resolve customer issues promptly by providing detailed and accurate information regarding products, services, or processes.
- **Effective Communication**: Ensure clear, professional, and friendly communication with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect feedback from customers and ensure that it is shared with the relevant teams for service improvement.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system, ensuring all information is updated and accessible.
- **Escalation Handling**: Escalate unresolved issues to senior levels, following the company’s escalation procedures when necessary.
- **Service Delivery**: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and query handling time.
- **Adaptability**: Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in one or more of the following regional languages**:Telugu**, **Kannada**, **Malayalam**, **Gujarati**, or **Marathi** (spoken and written).
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and professional communication skills in both the regional language and basic English (for system-related communication).
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle diverse customer needs and resolve queries effectively.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic computer skills (MS Office) for updating records and handling customer data.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work in **rotational shifts**, including weekends and holidays.
- **Education**: Minimum qualification of **12th grade**. Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
