**Job Title:

- **Female Sales Coordinator at Branch office of a Manufacturing company in Vadodara

**Job Location**:

- OPEL SQUARE,, ALKAPURI, VADODARA

**Company-** 500 Crore Petro Chemical Manufacturing company having many plants in India. The company is into manufacturing BIS-approved Transformer Oil, White/ Pharma Oils, Paraffins, Jellies, Quality lubricants and speciality oils. Corporate Headoffice is in Bandra West. New Delhi is one branch office

**Experience** - 1 to 5 years

**Qualification**:

- Any graduate with good Communication

**Salary** : UP to 3.00 Lacs

**Age** - 22 to 32 Years

**Office Hours**:

- 6 days working. ( 2 Saturdays half days allowed)

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Coordinating between Branch Manager, Sales team and, H.O. and ensuring smooth flow of information in both directions.
- To prepare daily sales and collection report in excel
- Managing all new & old sales enquiries.
- Strong follow up with customer related to orders approval.
- Preparing & managing quotations, Proforma Invoice.
- Discussion and finalization of sales agreement with buyers.
- Basic to advance excel knowledge ( MIS & report analysis),
- Provide commercial after-sales support to clients when needed
