**Job Title: Sales Coordinator - IT Company**

**Job Summary**: The Sales Coordinator will provide essential support to our IT sales team by managing administrative tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of sales operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

**Responsibilities**:
**Quotation Preparation**: Assist in preparing and sending sales quotations to potential clients, including accurate pricing and product information.

**Documentation**: Maintain organized records of sales orders, contracts, and customer interactions.

**CRM Management**: Update and manage customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.

**Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of presentation materials.

**Reporting**: Generate and analyze basic sales reports to track performance and identify trends.

**Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and technical support to ensure seamless sales processes.

**Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and billing.

**Inventory Monitoring**: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability and coordinate deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors, High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basics in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
