We are looking for a skilled and motivated Online Bidder to join our team and contribute to business growth by generating leads through online platforms

.**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate business opportunities from online portals such as **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, PPH, etc.**:

- Write effective proposals, customized as per client requirements, to secure projects.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Work closely with the technical team to understand project scope, timelines, and cost estimation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track, manage, and report bidding activity and conversions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field**.
- **2+ years of experience** as an Online Bidder
- Strong knowledge of **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding platforms**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to draft professional and customized proposals.
- Understanding of IT services such as **Web Development, Mobile Applications, and Digital Marketing**.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
