**Location -**YS School, Barnala (Punjab)

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Deliver **well-structured and engaging lessons** as per CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare detailed **lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments**.
- Conduct **tests, project work, and assignments** to track student learning.
- Mentor and guide students for **board exams and competitive exams (CUET/OLYMPIADS/University Entrance Tests)**.
- Foster an environment of **critical thinking, debate, and research-based learning**.
- Encourage participation in **literary activities, discussions, and co-curricular events**.
- Collaborate with faculty, coordinators, and parents to ensure **student progress and well-being**.
- Ensure **timely completion of syllabus** and maintain proper academic records.
- Use **technology and digital platforms** to make learning interactive and effective.

**Eligibility & Qualifications**
- **B.Ed. (mandatory)**.
- Minimum **3-5 years of teaching experience** in a CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school preferred.
- Passion for **student engagement, mentorship, and academic excellence**.
