**Key Responsibilities**:
**Subject Instruction**:Develop and deliver well-structured and engaging lessons in History and Geography for middle school students.
Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Assess student progress through regular tests and assignments.

**Curriculum Development**:Contribute to the development and improvement of the History and Geography curriculum.
Integrate innovative teaching materials, technology, and real-world examples into lessons.

**Classroom Management**:Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect among students.
Manage classroom discipline effectively while promoting a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and areas for improvement.

**Co-Curricular Activities**:Participate in and support extracurricular and co-curricular activities related to History and Geography.
Encourage students' participation in relevant academic competitions and events.

**Professional Development**:Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in History and Geography.

**Qualifications**:

- TGT certification is preferred.
- Previous teaching experience at the middle school level is an advantage.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to students' holistic development.
