**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support employer branding initiatives, including job postings and social media engagement.
- Assist in onboarding processes and documentation of new hires.
- Conduct market research on hiring trends and industry best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the TA team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
