**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver **architectural designs, drawings, and 3D presentations** in coordination with the design team.
- Create, manage, and update **BIM models (Revit / Navisworks)** ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate architectural and structural systems.
- Assist in preparing **construction documentation, tender drawings, and working details.**:

- Participate in client presentations, project reviews, and coordination meetings.
- Ensure adherence to **building codes, sustainability standards, and best practices.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution; Master’s degree (optional but preferred).
- **2-5 years of professional experience** in architectural design, with proven exposure to BIM-based projects.
- Proficiency in **Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, and other visualization/BIM tools.**:

- Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring design quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Prior experience in **large-scale infrastructure projects** (airports, railway stations, or institutional developments).
- Awareness of **sustainable design practices** and green building standards.
- Passion for innovation and problem-solving in design.
